Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

To help us assess the issue and resolve its as quickly as possible, please include photos of the item and its packaging in your email.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been used, filled with liquid, washed, or otherwise altered from their original condition, unless the item is faulty or defective.

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalised products

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order.


Refunds
Once we received and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund and you have not received it, please contact us at hello@brumeaustralia.com.au.
